Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Machining or Manufacturing major or equivalent
- Understand Engineering drawing and Implementation of Geometric Dimensional Tolerance (GD&T
- Familiar with all Production line standardized work practices
- Able to follow a built procedure accurately and diligently
- Be self motivated and able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
- Able to draw information from an Engineering drawing to assist your work
- Sufficient communication skills to liaise with various levels of the organization
- An innovative thinker to suggest continuous improvement ideas
- Fluent in English
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced experience in CAD Tools (Proe / Creo)
- Fabrication and Welding knowledge

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist - Batam

- Education background in Chemical or Environmental Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year experience in Chemical or Environmental job
- Knowledge of (EHS) principles and guidelines
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate computer operations
- Ability to read and write simple information in English
- Knowledge of Caterpillar products, policies, and procedures
