Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration/Secretarial or equivalent
- Prior experience as office assistant, office administrator, secretary, or handling administrative responsibilities in a related field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prociency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize.
- Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
