Professional Skills :

• A degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Sustainability and relevant field experiences
• Exceptional partnership building, communication, representation & influencing skills
• Very strong project management experience with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contracts
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Integrating procurement strategy with sustainability into the business

Experience Required :     

• 7-10 years in operational sustainability
• Fluency in local Bahasa and English
• Proven achievements in project management, particularly extension services management
• Experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholders, particularly palm oil mills, NGOs and government
• Experience in standards and certification processes
• Preferred experience of local environment and operational sustainability operational sustainability

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Professional Skills :
• Experience of local environment and some exposure to Palm Oil market
• Driven and able to work independently
• Supportsmallholder farmer mapping activities
• Driving Sustainability through Procurement: Materials and/or services Supply Chain analysis and risk assessment; Evidence-based measurement for sustainability

ESSENTIAL

• University degree At least 3 years experience in Procurement or Supply Management and Fluency in local Bahasa and English

 PREFERRED

• Experience of local environment and some exposure to Palm Oil market.
