Recruitment Officer

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Responsible in managing end-to-end all recruitment and selection process
• Responsible in socializing and monitoring employee activities in culture activation program
• Mastering interview based competency, selection and assessment process
• Experience in secondary sourcing specialties such as internet searches, passive candidates approach and communicating professionally in online social network environments
• Must have good interpersonal skill, effective communication and able to work in a team
• Willing to be placed in Bumi Serpong Damai
