Tower Operation Officer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Supervise the team members (outsourcing staff) on the daily activities in Tower Lease-In operation Java & Outside Java Area
• Recommend TLP as the work partner in operation task
• Appraise the work partner in operation task
• Supervise the access permit in TLP site for indosat Technical operation and miantenance
• Supervise the trouble ticket arise which reported are executed by TLP company and meet Indosat target and SLA
• analyse and recommend improvement solution due to operation issue in trouble ticket

Kualifikasi Minimum

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 Years Experience
• Preferably have fair knowledge in Project Management skill minimum 1 Years

Skills

• Have good capability in operationg Microsoft Office
• Good in English
• Flexible and adaptable in under-ressure condition
• Have a good analytical thinking and problem solving oriented
