Job Description
Developing, designing, conducting psychological assessment process both for recruitment or internal assessment of Company in accordance with criteria and procedures applicable in company covering preparation and modification of selection & assessment tool in supporting fulfillment of HR requirement on time, exact amount, and target according to plan Company work.
Qualification:
• Master degree Profession Psychology
• Have experience minimum 2 years in same position
• Having Certificate assessment center
• Understand Business Process, Mining Process, Behavioral event interview, and HRD Procedurs
• Placement in HO (Jakarta)
2. Head of Payment Section
(Code : HPS)
Job Description
Ensure obligations company form of debt to other parties are paid in accordance with the terms / administrative conditions with due regard to the availability and reserve of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Company in order to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of operations in order to increase company value.
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree Accounting
• Have experience minimum 5 years in same position
• Understand Business Process, Mining Process, Government Regulation, and HRD Procedurs
• Placement in HO (Jakarta)
3. Organizational Development Specialist
(Code : CC)
Job Description
Analyze, design, and recommend development organization company including job analysis, in organizational structure, competency profile, Job Description, and HRD policies to support the creation of an effective and efficient working environment and organization and in line with Company policy and objectives
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree Human Resources/Psychology/or management
• Have experience minimum 2 years in same position
• Understand Business Process, Mining Process, HSE Procedure, and HRD Procedurs
• Understand HR Audit and Job Evaluation
• Placement in HO (Jakarta)
